Premium Bookkeeping Services

This is the full package. I will maintain your books and keep them up to date. I primarily use QuickBooks Online to streamline your books so not only are you able to see in real time what I am doing, but you know exactly where your business stands financially at all times.

Premium Bookkeeping Service is customized to your business and is the best way to stay on top of your finances

If you have employees I also provide payroll services as an add on feature. This includes running your payroll & filing your payroll tax liabilities with the proper government agencies. (Payroll Subscription is required for this services)

Most of my services are charged at my current hourly rate.*

I also offer monthly flat rate packages tailored to your business needs.**

Prices on packages vary for basic bookkeeping services (categorizing transactions, monthly reconciliation, financial reports etc. - this does not include clean up services)

**Please note: Not all businesses will qualify for the flat rate packages - BUT, my goal is to always keep it affordable. This is something we can discuss during your free consultation.

Basic Payroll Package

Payroll ONLY Clients

If all you need is payroll services, including filing of payroll taxes, I have a package for that too

Prices vary depending on the amount of employees you have and your payroll frequency.*

*Payroll Subscription with QBO is required for this services.

General Excise Tax (GET) Filings

Whether you file with the state monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually I can take that off your to do list.

I will make sure to report your income accurately based on the information you provide and file your GET in a timely manner.

Team Clean-Up

I will work with you one on one as a team to get your books cleaned up and up to date. Whether you have been doing it on your own or you are transitioning from another Bookkeeper/Accountant. I will make sure all your transactions are coded properly and clean up your Chart of Accounts. Once that is complete we will review your financial statements so you know exactly where your business finances stand.

From there you can decide to do your own books or transition to the Premium Bookkeeping Services.

New Business Start-Up Package

Guided Digital Service Package: If you have always wanted to start a new business but have no idea where to start, this is for you.

This is a PDF digital guide sent to your email. It provides you with the steps of getting your business registered with all the required entities and help you turn your passion into your dream business.

Includes a digital checklist with instructions so you don't miss a thing.

The digital checklist is yours to keep for future endeavours.

Full Service Package: If you prefer to not have to worry about it, I offer a New Business full service package where I do the brunt of the work for you! This full service package is all inclusive. We will discuss the best way to set up your business and the pros and cons or the different business structures. Once you decide how you want to run your business I will get you registered with all required Federal and State agencies.

Guided Digital Service Package (including digital checklist) - $50.00*

The Full Service package is a one time flat rate of $375.00

*(if you require more personal assistance I recommend the Full Service Package or an additional hourly charge will be added, however, the guide is pretty detailed and straightforward)

Monthly Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

(Invoicing/Bill Payment)

If you have a small business and your only need is someone to process your Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable and there is no other bookkeeping services required this package may be a perfect fit. Package rates depend on the amount of invoices/bills you have and frequency in which they go out (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)

Monthly Book Review

Not all small business need or want full service bookkeeping, but all businesses require accurate accounting.

With the monthly Book Review - I will go in once a month to review your transactions to make sure they are accurately categorized, reconcile your accounts based on bank statements you provide and run basic financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).

This service will not include detailed categorizing or clean up services. It is primarily for small businesses with minimal transactions who just need someone to make sure their books are accurate so you avoid the end of year rush clean up

Fees for this service vary depending on the amount of financial accounts you have, but we will set a fee before work begins.

Insurance Audits

If your business requires liability insurance audits or payroll/worker comp audits, let us take that off your to-do list.

With access to your accounting system - I can run all required reports, interpret what the insurance company needs from you and fill out and file audit reports.

This is usually charged hourly depending on your accounting system but if you are using QuickBooks Online we can discuss a flat rate.

Consultations

I offer free 30 minute consultations for all new and perspective clients. This helps me get an idea of your business needs to decide the perfect package for you.

It also gives you an opportunity to get to know me better to see if we are a good fit. These meetings are done over the phone.

If you require a more detailed consultation we can set up a paid consult ($75). These meetings usually run about one hour and can be done in person or remotely - whatever you are most comfortable with. We will discuss your current accounting system, what your needs are, how I can help, and I will provide you with suggestions how best to proceed and/or what adjustments can be made to make your accounting system more efficient for your business.
