This is the full package. I will maintain your books and keep them up to date. I primarily use QuickBooks Online to streamline your books so not only are you able to see in real time what I am doing, but you know exactly where your business stands financially at all times.

Premium Bookkeeping Service is customized to your business and is the best way to stay on top of your finances

If you have employees I also provide payroll services as an add on feature.  This includes running your payroll & filing your payroll tax liabilities with the proper government agencies.

My current starting rate is $50/hour.* 

 I also offer monthly flat rate packages tailored to your business needs.** 

Prices on packages vary - currently the starting price for monthly packages is $275 for basic bookkeeping services (categorizing transactions, monthly reconciliation, financial reports etc. - this does not include clean up services)

**Please note: Not all businesses will qualify for the flat rate packages - BUT, my goal is to always keep it affordable. This is something we can discuss during your free consultation.

Whether you file with the state monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually I can take that off your to do list.

I will make sure to report your income accurately and file your GET for you on time.

Guided Digital Service Package: If you have always wanted to start a new business but have no idea where to start, this is for you.

 The Guided Digital Service Package will provide you with the steps of getting your business registered with all the required entities and help you turn your passion into your dream business. 

Includes a digital checklist with instructions so you don't miss a thing.

The digital checklist is yours to keep for future endeavours.

Full Service Package: If you prefer to not have to worry about it, I also have a new business full service package where I do all the work for you! This full service package is all inclusive.  You will be registered with all required Federal and State agencies. 

Guided Digital Service Package (including digital checklist) - $100.00* 

The Full Service package is a one time flat rate of $250.00

*(if you require more assistance an additional hourly charge may be added, however, the guide is pretty detailed and straightforward)

I offer free one hour consultations for all new and perspective clients.  This helps me get an idea of your business needs to decide the perfect package for you.

It also gives you an opportunity to get to know me better to see if we are a good fit.  These meetings can be done in person, over the phone, FaceTime or via Zoom.  Whatever you are comfortable with.
